Clean and spacious and contemporary location. One large marble looking table fits about 8 to 10 I think. Tall stool seating by the window for maybe 6 to 8 people can't remember exactly and then about 5 tables for 2 people seating by the side. The wait is a bit long but worth it. Quality of bbt is good. Saw about 4 other couples come in after lunch and the guy at the counter was nice and helpful to explain the drinks. Very patient as we had 5 adukts 5 kids in our group. Def would recommend this place. Price you might find a bit higher but comparable to specialty drinks at Starbucks so nothing you're not used to but again this is good quality bubbletea. Thank you The Alley for a great experience and to the young lady that made sure she said thank you and goodbye to our group as we left. It's the small things that are nice.

Delicious bubble milk tea. I had the Deerioca Fever and it exceeded my expectations. Their matcha was also really good. Tasted like a proper matcha should. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. Hillaryn in particular gave me an exceptional experience while I was there. It was clean and organized and I appreciated the selection of games they had. Will definitely be going back.

This was my first visit to The Alley in Guelph, and was very impressed. The store is well-maintained, has clean restrooms, and is beautifully decorated (I especially loved the ghost Halloween decorations holding the bubble tea cup). enjoyed the delicious Winter Melon Punch ($6 CAD) in a regular size. Next time, I'll try the Alley Trio Milk Tea with pineapple jely. The Alley is a high-end Taiwanese bubble tea shop. They serve crunchy milk tea flavors like crunchy Cocoa milk tea, crunchy brown sugar milk tea, and crunchy tiramisu milk tea. The Alley's top 5 picks are: #1 Deerioca Fever #2 Royal No. 9 Milk Tea #3 The Alley Trio Milk Tea #4 Passionfruit Green Tea #5 Strawberry Green Tea You can also choose from fresh milk, soy milk, toppings, pineapple jelly, rainbow jelly, and green tea jelly.

I ordered the Crunchy Cocoa Milk Tea with less sugar. I went for the reduced sugar because I thought the regular might be too sweet, but it actually turned out a bit less sweet than I expected, so I’ll probably try the regular next time. It wasn’t really “crunchy” , but overall it was enjoyable. The service was great, and I loved that they had games available. They even let us bring our dog inside! The place was cool, quiet, and a perfect refreshment spot on a hot day.

The staff is always so nice and happy. Amazing bubble tea options. You must go multiple times and try everything. Can't explain how delicious mine was. It was the perfect amount of sweet, cold and refreshing. I highly recommend this place. The inside is so relaxing and is meant for people to get together and stay.

The vibe of the place is fantastic—well-designed with plenty of space, and they even have board games available if you're hanging out with a group for a while. When I went, it was pretty empty, so the service was super quick. The bubble tea was just as expected, good quality and tasty. Overall, a great spot to relax, especially if you're looking for a laid-back environment to enjoy your drink.
